Mr. Raden received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1971 and, thereafter, he graduated from the American University Washington College of Law in 1974. Mr. Raden has been admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland since 1974 and in the District of Columbia since 1975. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland (1976) and the District of Columbia (1975) and he was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Unites States on April 24, 1978. Mr. Raden has served as a member of the American Bar Association, the Metropolitan Washington Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
