As a founding partner of Rosenberg & Fayne, LLP, Mr. Rosenberg brings decades of civil litigation experience to the table. Mr. Rosenberg has built a legacy of zealous and successful representation. He’s secured dozens of multi-million dollar Plaintiff verdicts and settlements and satisfied with countless clients.

After graduating from The George Washington University Law School in 1993 with high honors, Mr. Rosenberg began his legal career as a law clerk in both the District and Circuit Courts for Prince George’s County, Maryland. He then worked briefly for a large law firm in Prince George’s County before he left to start his own practice with his partner, Peter Fayne. Rosenberg & Fayne, LLP is entering its twentieth year of serving clients in State and Federal Courts in Maryland and in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Rosenberg deftly handles all types of negligence cases, including construction accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death cases, and catastrophic auto accidents. Utilizing his diverse skills, Mr. Rosenberg has also specialized in representing high net worth individuals in complex business transactions and negotiations, including business purchases, workouts, and dissolutions.

Known for his eidetic memory and extensive knowledge of the law, Mr. Rosenberg has represented a diverse array of clients in civil and business matters, including members of the local and national judiciary, Presidential Appointees and staff members. He has been asked to appear on The O’Reilly Factor and Dateline, and is frequently quoted in the Washington Post. He is a frequent lecturer for national organizations and he steadfastly keeps himself apprised of the latest legal trends and movements.

Mr. Rosenberg is the 2019 Maryland Trial Lawyer of the Year. For the past 13 years he was selected as a SuperLawyer and is a previous recipient of the ProBono Lawyer of the Year award in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Mr. Rosenberg has spoken at the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, Maryland Continuing Legal Education for Practicing Lawyers, and the Maryland Association for Justice. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Prince George’s County Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and is an Eagle Donor for MAJ.

He is also an award-winning performance runner – and he brings the same energy and vigor for his marathon running as he does to his performance in the courtroom.

Eric has conducted over 450 jury trials, as well as over 1500 district court trials, and has earned an AV preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell for the past 15 years.

Since 2019 Eric has been lecturing across the country on his use of non-economic results and trial strategy to Plaintiffs counsel, corporations, and law firms sharing his unique experiences from the last 30 years taking on complicated cases.
